This is a concept for a Frenzy Barbarian that cuts through the inhabitants of Hell Difficulty like they were made of butter.
Feel free to edit this Page if you want to add or correct information.

:Strength|75 or Minimum Requisite for Equipments
:Dexterity|Minimum Requisite for Max Block
For Killing:
- Lowering enemies' Physical Resistance
- Crushing Blow
- Deadly Strike
- High Damage Weapons
- Highly Increased Attack Speed (some Monsters use Slow)
- Cannot Be Frozen

For Playing Comfort:
- Faster Run/Walk

For Surviving:
- Decent Physical Damage Reduction in % (to make up for being cursed with Amplify Damage, which very frequently happens in Hell)
- Resistances above 100% in Hell (because of curses)
- High Def
- Life

You need to find a balance between Strength and Vitality. It's ok to have them on a same base level throughout the game to slightly increase your damage output, but you may also try to put as much Stat Points into Vitality as possible. Focusing on Strength alone is not recommended, because that way you'll have a very hard time in Hell.
In the late game, you'll get around +1700% damage from Skills, Strength not included.
I tend to say, better more Vitality, then less.
**Current Stats of an example Character[#q66486bc]
Currently, the Barbarian I play has 215 Base Strength and 110 Base Dex. That's the required amount for the highest Elite Armor and 2-Hand-Swords. Instead, you might want to try to put most of your Stat Points into Vitality and get just enough Strength and Dexterity from your final Equipment to be able to carry all Items. But keep in mind that every 2 points put into Strength not only give 2% Enhanced Damage but +1 to Maximum Damage as well.

**Recommended Base Stats [#z8742ac4]
In the late game, some of the rare weapons you find have +% requirements, which means it might happen that you can't carry them if you try to keep Strength and Dexterity at a minimum.

If you decide to stick with Hurja's Harmonic Rage Set, you get the Skills Iron Skin and Natural Resistance from the Set.

Berserk is not really needed to kill enemies with physical immunities because of our gemworded gloves (see below).
I don't recommend using Berserk as a Synergy for Frenzy. Depending on Berserk's hard point level, it converts 1-20% of Frenzy's Damage into Magical Damage. That means less life leech (you can't leech from magic damage) and sometimes less damage, for some enemies are immune to Magic..
**Equipments [#o18659d0]
Maybe there's a better choice of armor, but I think it's hard to outmatch Hurja's Harmonic Rage Set's Stats. Feel free to edit this section if you know of more powerful equipment.

:Weapon1|The best you can get your hands on
That is, for example, a high Runeword, whose white base item (preferrably a Death Blade) has been heavily D-stoned with Forging Hammers, or a rare Two-Handed Elite Sword (Two-Handed Swords have One-Handed Range 3) with high %ed (more than 400% or even 500%) and/or other bonuses like +X% Enhanced Maximum Damage, +X Maximum Damage. We don't really care about other stats here. All we need is a lot of damage. By the way, Unique Weapons aren't too strong, so pick up every single rare weapon you find in late Hell, even the normal ones. They may have good stats which might be worth upgrading the Base Item.
D-stoned with Forging Hammers (+12% Enhanced Damage each)
Socketed with Perfect Obsidians (+65% Enhanced Damage, 12% Deadly Strike each)
Stat-forged with Anvil Stone + Chipped Amethyst (+48% Enhanced Damage)

I recommend the Rogue, mainly because she stays out of trouble and casts Inner Sight, which not only decreases enemy defense but lowers their physical resistance as well (-60%).
:Type|Act 1 Rogue (Fire or Cold)
Fire Rogue has Strafe Attack, which is good for triggering CTC spells, for example our gemword of choice, "Mighty".

**Strategy & Tips [#mb14ab96]

You should get gloves with 2 sockets as soon as possible right after the game started and socket them with Amethysts. The resulting Gemword "Mighty" is very strong, for it gives a chance (10% with Perfect Gems) to cast Amplify Damage on Striking. That is, -80% Enemy's Physical Resistance and effectively more than doubling our damage in Hell, where the enemies have 50% Physical Resistance by default. The other, likewise very useful stats on a PGem Mighty are +360 Attack Rating and +48% Increased Attack Speed.
If you care about perfection, the best gloves are Superior Gauntlets with 15% enhanced defense. But defense doesn't really matter here, since the difference between 0 or 70 defense is negligible, considering the fact that we have a few thousand defense points with the final equipment. It has to be gloves with no level requirements, because that's the only way we can fully D-stone them from 0 to 100.
If you don't find them, buy them later from a vendor in Act 4 Normal as a magic item and convert them into a white item using secret recipe #2 (http://miyoshino.la.coocan.jp/eswiki/?Secret%20Recipes#sr_02).
